These terms apply to the Aurora Adeleigh website, the bride portal and the text messages we send. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Text messages (SMS)

Program: Aurora Adeleigh booking and wedding updates. When you check the box next to your phone number on our Book Now form or in your bride portal, you agree to receive text messages from Aurora Adeleigh about your booking, payments, documents and wedding-day updates.

Frequency: message frequency varies with your booking and wedding date.

Cost: message and data rates may apply. Aurora Adeleigh does not charge for texts.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will confirm and send no further texts unless you reply START.

Consent is optional: agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking or purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared or sold; see our Privacy Policy.

Bookings and payments

Your wedding booking is governed by the agreement you sign with Aurora Adeleigh, which sets out your collection, coverage, payment schedule and policies. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Your bride portal

Keep your portal password private. Your galleries, documents and messages are for you and the people you share them with.

Photographs and films

Aurora Adeleigh keeps the copyright in the photographs and films we create. Your agreement sets out your personal-use rights and any print and sharing permissions.
